Hot Brew: Add 1- 2 heaped teaspoons of tea to 150-200ml (a teacup) of fresh water that has been boiled to 70 degrees. Steep for 5- 7 min. No milk required.
This blend is designed for multiple steepings; increase brewing by 30 sec for each subsequent steeping.
