Inspired by endless summer vibes and relaxed days by the beach, this blend celebrates what makes Sydney our home. With a bold base of Chinese and Indian black teas, this confident and fruity blend features a medley of sweet mango and peach pieces with natural passionfruit essence.
We love Sydney as a cold brew (perfect for seaside picnics and poolside barbecues), but it can also be enjoyed hot, to kickstart a day under bright skies looking out upon deep blue waters.
Cold brew: Add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 250ml (1 Cup, or regular sized mug) of cold, filtered water. Refrigerate 4+ hours (ideally overnight). For a party sized brew, add 4 heaped teaspoons of tea to 1L of cold water.
Hot brew: Add 1 teaspoon of tea to 150ml freshly boiled water and steep for 3min. No milk required.
