Add 1 heaped teaspoon of tea per 250ml (1 Cup, or regular sized mug) of cold, filtered water.*
Refrigerate 4+ hours (ideally overnight).
*For a party sized brew, add 4 heaped teaspoons of tea to 1L cold water.
Place 1 teaspoon of tea per teacup.
Add 150ml of freshly boiled water, and steep for 3min. (No milk required.)

Add 150ml of freshly boiled water to 1 teaspoon of tea (per tea cup) , and steep for 2 min.
If desired, add milk to taste (brew tea for 2.5-3 min. if adding milk or for a stronger brew).
Add 1- 2 heaped teaspoons of tea (per teacup) to 150ml of fresh water that has been boiled to 70 degrees.
Steep for 5- 7 min.*
No milk required.
*This blend is designed for multiple steepings; increase length of steeping each time by 30 sec per steeping.
