Updated Shipping & Delivery Service: a response to COVID 19.

In the stressful and uncertain times facing us all right now, where we are all mostly homebound, we hope to offer a little escape and a small moment of indulgence with our teas.
FREE DELIVERIES IN SYDNEY
For those within our reach in Sydney's Lower North Shore, we are happy to share our contactless delivery service. No minimum spend required.

Simply enter the postcode of the eligible suburbs as your discount code upon checkout, and where the delivery address matches, we will drop off your order, within 2 business days.

Eligible areas in NSW are : Artarmon, Cammeray, Castlecrag, Chatswood, Cremorne, Crows Nest, Kirribilli, Mosman, Naremburn, Neutral Bay, Northbridge, North Sydney, Roseville, St Leonards, Wahroonga, Waverton, Willoughby.
FREE SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
All orders above $50 qualify for free shipping within Australia. We would love to offer free shipping across all orders, but as a small business, this is just not something we can absorb in the current environment; your continued support is much appreciated.
UPDATE ON SHIPPING DELAYS

At The Tea Nomad, we use both Australia Post and Sendle to deliver your parcels - both remain operational during this time. However, there is currently an unprecedented volume of parcel traffic and it is impacting delivery times.
With this in mind, we would recommend that if your parcel is time sensitive (eg. for a particular occasion), consider selecting the Express Shipping option that is available at checkout. This is done through Australia Post and while they have had to suspend their next day delivery guarantee- this is the fastest way of ensuring your parcel arrives as soon as possible.
Otherwise, we do just kindly request for your patience- parcels are being packaged and sent within 24hrs, and tracking information will always provided. Of course, we also remain available if you have any questions or concerns.
It is hard to know what the future will bring, so please follow us on social media for the latest updates. Physical distancing does not mean social distancing so I hope that you continue to stay connected, stay home and take care. Travel plans may be on hold, but tea time doesn't have to, and a little wanderlust never felt so good.

Sincerely,
Grace
