UPDATE ON SHIPPING DELAYS
We use both Australia Post and Sendle to deliver your parcels - both remain operational during this time. However, there is currently an unprecedented volume of parcel traffic and it is impacting delivery times.
With this in mind, we would recommend that if your parcel is time sensitive (eg. for a particular occasion), consider selecting the Express Shipping option that is available at checkout. This is done through Australia Post and while they have had to suspend their next day delivery guarantee- this is the fastest way of ensuring your parcel arrives as soon as possible.
Otherwise, we do just kindly request for your patience- parcels are being packaged and sent within 24hrs, and tracking information will always provided. Of course, we also remain available if you have any questions or concerns.

For those within our reach in Sydney's Lower North Shore, we are happy to share our contactless delivery service. No minimum spend required.
Simply enter the postcode of the eligible suburbs as your discount code upon checkout, and where the delivery address matches, we will drop off your order, within 2 business days.
