Brew Guide - Shanghai

Hot Brew: 
Add 1- 2 heaped teaspoons of tea to 150-200ml (a teacup) of fresh water that has been boiled to 70 degrees.
Steep for 5- 7 min.*
No milk required.

Cold Brew: ​To make 1L, add 5 heaped teaspoons of tea to 1L of cold (filtered if available) water. Refrigerate 4+ hours (ideally overnight).


*This blend is designed for multiple steepings; increase length of brewing by 30 sec per steeping.
