Brew Guide - Noël

Cold brew: 
Add 4 heaped teaspoons of tea to 1L cold (filtered if available) water. 
Refrigerate 4+ hours, ideally overnight. Cold sugar syrup can be added to sweeten if desired. 

Consider serving with fresh slices of orange and cinnamon sticks, as you might mulled wine!

Hot brew:
 Place 1 teaspoon of tea per teacup.
 Add 250ml of freshly boiled water, and steep for 3min. Add sugar or honey to sweeten as and if desired.
